3、电阻阻值表

 CONDITION

l        注意保存
，保存条件不好时
，会降低反射膜（扩散膜）与导光板（反射腔）的粘附力
。Store with care . storing the unite in bad condition will cause the

Reflector sheet  and decrease it’s adhesive power 。

l        推荐保存条件为

：温度25℃±10℃，湿度（65%RH±20%RH）

Storage the products under the condition temperature (25℃±10℃) and humidity （65%RH±20%RH）our recommendation。

l        焊接温度330℃±10℃
，焊接时间小于3秒，烙铁功率小于30W。

The soldering temperature is 330℃±10℃ and soldering Time should be less than 3 sec ,and  soldering  iron  power should  be  less than 30W。

l        焊接点应离产品实体大于1.6mm.

The  soldering  point  should  for  way  more  than  1.6mm  from  body .

3.极限参数。BSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS

（除非特别说明，环境温度 Ta=25℃.）

*当工作温度高于25℃时
，Ifm
、Ifp 和Pd必须降低
；电流降低率是－1.08 mA/℃(直流驱动),或-2.58 mA/℃(脉冲驱动),功耗降低率是-4.2 mW/℃
。产品的工作电流不能大于对应工作温度条件Ifm或Ifp的60%。

For operation above 25℃,The Ifm Ifp&Pd must be deratedm,the Curent derating is–1.08mA/℃ for Dc drive and -2.58 mA/℃,for Pulse drive ,the Power dissipation is -4.2 mW/℃.The product working current must not more than the 60% of the Ifm or Ifp

4.光电特性ELECTRICAL OPTICAL CHARACTERISTICS

亮度是4个测量点的平均值，亮度最小值比最大值一般不小于60%
。使用BM-7亮度色度测量

备注：此LED标工作电流是15-20mA,现贵司是脉冲点亮.要求电流到50 mA才能达成亮度要求，故按贵司要求在VF在5V时，IF达到或超过50mA,故一般测试时请用3-4V电压

7. 信赖性试验 Dependence test

7-1试验项目 Test terms

试验后
，须放置在测试箱内常温常湿24小时后才可取出判定

After test , Must be put it into the test box wihtin normal temperature and normal humidity after 24 hours before judgement

7-2 故障判定 Fault judgement

8 外观判定条件 Appearance judgement condition

1: 测条件 Test condition：40W日光灯作光源与产品相距越1米（环境亮度>200Lux）检测者与被测产品视距25~30cm  40w fluorescent light as light and far way 1 meter with product(environment brightness> 200Lux) tested product over 25-30cm

标准：黑
，白点大小0.5<φ<1.0mm最多允许有5个，黑线φ<0.5mm

，长度<1mm,最多允许5条；面花
，散光纸花，当产品不发光，且发光效果不见该缺陷时，则可接受。

Standard: black, white size 0.5 <φ <1.0mm is allowed up to 5, black line φ <0.5mm, length of <1mm, allows a maximum of 5; face flowers, paper flowers astigmatism, when the product does not glow, and glow not see the bug, you can accept

：发光效果检验条件
：在环境<9Lux的条件下目测，视距应在25~30cm。Glow Test conditions: in the environment <9 Lux visual conditions,sight distance should be 25-30cm.

标准 Standard
：

：点大小0.5<φ<1.0mm最多允许有5个,黑线φ<0.5mm，长度<1mm,最多允许3条
；面花，散光纸花

，当产品不发光，且发光效果不见该缺陷时，则可接受。Point size 0.5<φ< 1.0mm is allowed up to 5,blak line φ< 0.5mm, length of <1mm, allows a maximum of 3; face flowers, paper flowers astiamatism,when the product does not light,and light but not the defect, can be accepted.

2：尺寸检测条件
；依据图纸，使用计量卡尺，注意检测人为误差。

Side of test conditions; reference to the drawings,the use of caliper measurement,pay attentin to detect human error.

3：电性能检测条件：依据图纸，工艺在额定工作电压或恒定的电流下，执行《QA成品检验方法》功能的相关内容
，带针脚产品须作10PCS上锡实验
。

Electrical performance testing conditions:, based on drawings, process in the rated voltage or constand current ,the implementation of”QA product testing methos”function in the content, products must be made with a pin 10 pcs experiment on the tin

9. 出货检查基水准 Check the base standard shipping

1 批量的定义 原则上同一日所制造之产品订为一批次（LOT）

In principle,the definition of volume created by the same date set for a batch of products.

2 外观
、尺寸、光电参数检验水准 AQL=1.0 ～ 0.65
。

Appearance,size,optical parametric test level AQL = 1.0

10 包装方式 Package

若客户未提出包装方式时

，均以我们公司之包装方式

纸箱包装

If the customer is not made outside the pachage, We will use our company carton package.

11 不合格批产品处理 Failed batch processing

客户于进货检验时，若发现不良现象超出规格书之规范（双方达成协议项目除外），客户可将当日进货之相同批号产品退还欧陆娱乐公司

Customers at the incoming inspection, if they found negative phenomena beyond our normal specification(except for the two sides reach an agreement),customers can returned the same batch number products to baolaiya company in that day.

12 允收批之不良处理 Acceptance of bad batch processing

欧陆娱乐公司所交之产品
，应全数为良品，若于生产线上发现不良现象

，可于允收日起10日内向欧陆娱乐公司要求交换，但若不良之原因为客户生产线上所造成则不适用此条款

All products submitted by baolaiya company should be good products, if customers ffound negative phenomena in the productin line, may within 30 days from the date of acceptance Baolaiya company asked the exchange to the treasure, but if the reasons for poor production line for customers caused by this provision does not apply.

13 异议状况之处理 Obejection handling of the situation

规格书中有任何疑惑或无定义之事项时
，应由双方协议处理，经双方确认后应于规格书中加注或修改后方能生产

Specifications and any doubts or no mater the definition,the agreement should be handled by two sides should be confirmed or modified in size only after the book raises production

14 性能与品质变更之通知义务 Performance and quality of the obligaion to notify changes

1 若因设计或工程变更而影响产品性能和品质时
，必需提供相关文件，经由双方确认后方能生产，并需将变更后之规格书或图面附于承认书后，且追加标记

If design or engineering changes affect product performance and quality, need to provide relevant documents, produced only after confirmation by both sides, and the need to change the specifications or after the drawing attached to the recognition of the book and additional markers.

2 当客户设计和制程需有所变更时，需由客户通知厂商做变更，并经由双方同意  方能生产
，以确保双方制程工程的稳定及产品品质

When customers need to change design and manufacturing process,the need to make changes by the customer informed the manufacturer, and can only produced by the tow sides agreed to ensure the stability of both process and product quality engineering.

3 若使用与规格书中不同之材料
，则欧陆娱乐公司需于变更前向客户提出变更申请，客户批准后方能进行变更

If Baolaiya company use different materials with specifications book, Baolaiya company should apply for change to the customer before change materials ,and Baolaiya can only make changes after customer approval

15 有效期限 Valid time

未提出修改前本规格书均为有效

This specification are valid before not propose amendments.
